The Journey Doesn't Always Fit

We understand that not every piece finds its place in your story.

If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Returned with original tags and packaging.
• Free from signs of wear, damage, alterations, or fragrance.

Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome of your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

If stock is available, we're happy to exchange your item within the same 14-day return period.

Non-Returnable Items

Because some pieces are created with a more personal intention, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Limited edition releases.
• Made to order products.
• Sale items.
• Gift cards.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as LEOGIN cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
