Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

During launches, holidays, limited releases, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

United Kingdom Shipping

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• North America: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Multiple Shipments

In certain circumstances, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest and safest delivery possible.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
